Shauntae’s Kitchen, a growing culinary business specializing in Soul and Caribbean fusion cuisine, partnered with Jones Strategy and Consulting Group (JSCG) to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. Our collaboration focused on elevating Shauntae’s Kitchen through strategic marketing efforts, financial planning, and operational efficiency, preparing for a successful market launch and long-term growth.

The project was initiated to boost Shauntae’s Kitchen's visibility and ensure its seamless entry into both local and digital markets. Our approach revolved around four pillars:

  1. Marketing & Branding: Creating a dynamic online presence with a new website, engaging social media content, and email campaigns to attract customers.

  2. Financial Planning: Developing pricing strategies and financial models for product portions, ensuring competitive and profitable offerings.

  3. Operational Excellence: Streamlining workflows, vendor management, and preparing the business for physical events like fairs and private catering.

  4. Event Launch: Organizing and executing the Birthday Launch Party event in October, marking a significant milestone for Shauntae’s Kitchen.
