Project Description:

This fundraising initiative for Reach Out & Touch Ministries (ROTM) is focused on securing donations and sponsorships to support their community programs, such as food insecurity, violence prevention, mental health advocacy, and education.

• Goals and Objectives:
  The main objective is to raise funds to continue the ministry's outreach programs and to expand its community services. This will be achieved through events like the Night of Hope fundraiser, which will involve raffles, donations, and performances by local artists.

• Challenges and Solutions:
  One challenge was low attendance in past events. To counter this, ROTM revamped its marketing and event structure by launching a targeted social media ad campaign and inviting well-known local performers to draw more interest.
